Damage Deposit
Please note that we will require clients’ credit card particulars to hold a deposit against
damages. The amount for apartments and townhouses is taken as follows: 1-bedroom: £150.00, 2-bedrooms: £190.00, 3-bedrooms: £230.00, 4-bedrooms £275.00. Damage deposits for villas are on an individual basis.
Property Details
All properties are well equipped and include linen and towels (except beach towels). All
properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to owners’ individual taste.
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in cots). No pets allowed inside these properties.
Housekeeping Services
For one week stay housekeeping service, linen and towels changed once during stay (only for villas). For two week stay maid service, linen and towels changed three times during stay (only for villas). Housekeeping service does not include cleaning of barbecues or washing up. Extra service can be arranged prior to guests arrival or locally as well as personal dry cleaning or laundry needed.
Electricity Units
Electricity units included in rental price per week - 1 bedroom: 230KWH, 2 bedrooms:
300KWH, 3 bedrooms: 375KWH. Units used above these allowances will be charged at 8 cents per unit and deducted from the damage deposit.
Hire Items
We can arrange weekly rental of highchair for CY£12.00 and Child Cot CY£16.00 (payable
locally).

There is no phone service available in the properties, however, Public Telephones in Golf Clubhouse - Mobile phone advisable.
